How to use RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol.)

Mix 15 to 20 drops of the RefectoCil Oxidant Cream with 2 cm of eyelash or eyebrow tint and apply to the desired area.

Processing time:

• 10 minutes for eyelashes
• 5 to 10 minutes for eyebrows
• The result lasts up to 6 weeks.

How long does one bottle last?

The developer bottle is enough for up to 150 applications.
