What is in a Foamie?
For Foamie, the decision to only include eco-friendly ingredients in their products is driven by the realisation that the beauty industry is not doing enough to protect our planet. All their hair and body bars are dermatologically tested and free from soap, silicones, mineral oils, PEG and Lilial. Some are also free from parabens and sulphates.

Foamies contain 80% less water than similar, conventional liquid products. They last a lot longer and save up to two plastic bottles of comparable products per bar.
Their water-reduced format makes Foamie bars perfect for travelling. You can take them with you in your hand luggage without having to worry about restrictions on liquids.
Solid cleansing bars and soap are not the same thing
Foamie bars are not made from soap. But what else is in them? Foamies are made from a syndet, which stands for synthetic detergent. Unlike soaps, syndets do not contain animal ingredients. Their pH level is similar to that of your skin, which is why they provide a gentle cleansing without drying out your hair and body.
