How to redeem vouchers and voucher codes

You can redeem BellAffair vouchers and voucher codes in the “Voucher Code” field in the shopping cart. The value of the redeemed voucher will automatically be deducted from your order total when you click the “Redeem” button.

Use of voucher codes

Only one voucher code can be used per order; combining different voucher codes is not possible. A cash payout of voucher code values is also not possible. Please note possible restrictions of the voucher promotion. These may apply to specific categories, a particular selection of products, certain product ranges, or other limitations. These restrictions are always described in the promotion conditions. Products from the Dyson brand are strictly excluded from all promotions. All offers are valid only while stocks last.

Duration of discount promotions

The duration of each discount promotion is clearly indicated. Within the specified period, you can order in the shop under the stated conditions. After the promotion has ended, there is no entitlement to a discount. This also applies in the case of an incorrect order. A subsequent crediting of voucher codes to an order that has already been placed is unfortunately not possible.
