Glamourous curls with a curling iron

A professional curling iron will relieve your early-morning routine. It is light-weight, easy to handle and creates curls and waves which won’t drop by after you left the house. We’ve assembled a range of options for you to find out which curling wand suits you best.

What makes a professional curling iron?

  1. The coating is very important as poor material causes damage to the hair. The material should therefore be ceramic or Teflon.
  2. The best correlation of heat against elasticity of the hair is 185°C – any hotter and the hair fibre will be damaged, any cooler and the curl won’t last.
  3. A short heating time and an automatic shut off function are both indicators of a professional curling wand.
  4. A professional curling iron is light in the hand and has a long cable (at least 2,5m). When you love to travel, you should opt for a device with universal voltage.
