Return and Refund Policies
The return and refund policies allow for the return of products purchased directly from us and in a resalable condition. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods. Please return the goods preferably in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. For products that are part of a business kit, only the corresponding reduced amount paid will be refunded. In case of withdrawal within 14 days, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price, taxes, and shipping costs from us. For cancellations within 3 months from the purchase date, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price and taxes. Our withdrawal policy includes a sample withdrawal form and detailed instructions.
Exchange Policies
The exchange policies allow for the exchange of any products purchased directly from us that are delivered incorrectly or faulty. If your delivery is incomplete or incorrect, please contact our customer service directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You can reach us from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00 and on Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 at the hotline 0800404453 or by email at mail@bellaffair.com. We will exchange your products as soon as we receive your return. If an exchange is not possible, we offer either a full refund of the purchase price or a credit that can be used to purchase other Nu Skin products.
