Shipping & Delivery

  1. When will my order be delivered?

    The delivery times depend the product and can be found on the product detail page. After your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number. With this information, you always know where your parcel is and when it will presumably be delivered.

  2. Where do you deliver to and how much is shipping?

    Deliveries are only possible in the following countries.

    Unless arranged differently, all orders are shipped directly from the BellAffair warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer.

    In case BellAffair is unable to fulfil an order without fault on their end because a supplier does not meet the contractual obligations, BellAffair can cancel the purchase of a customer. The customer will be informed immediately in that case.

    In case the delivery to a customer is not possible, because the customer is not present at the delivery address, even though the customer has been notified about the delivery date within a reasonable timeframe, the customer bears the costs.

  3. Does BellAffair offer gift wrapping?

    We do not currently offer the option of gift wrapping.

  4. Is delivery to a DHL Packstation possible?

    Yes, we ship to DHL Packstation. Please simply enter your post number and the number of the Packstation in your delivery address.

  5. Where is my order?

    After your parcel leaves our warehouse, you receive an e-mail with a tracking number. With this number, you can check online where your order currently is.

  6. I have received an incomplete or incorrect delivery. What can I do now?

    If your delivery has arrived incomplete or incorrect, please contact our customer service directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You can reach us Monday through Thursday from 07:00 to 16:00 and on Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 at the hotline +43 3112 21 21 6 or via e-mail at mail@bellaffair.com.

  7. What can I do when my delivery address changes?

    Simply log in with your account and change the address under “My Account” and save the new address. This does not change the delivery address of already placed orders.

  8. What happens if I’m not at home when the parcel is delivered?

    Should it generally be difficult for you to accept parcels at home, we offer the option to specify a different shipping address (for example to your workplace).

    If the first delivery attempt was not successful, either a second delivery attempt will be carried out, or you will receive a note that your parcel has been brought to the nearest post office.

  9. I want to return my order. How do I proceed?

    You are not satisfied with your products and want to return your order? Please contact our customer service via E-mail at mail@bellaffair.com or through telephone at +43 3112 21 21 6. You can reach us via telephone from Monday to Thursday 7:00-16:00 and Friday 8:00-12:00.
