When will I receive my order?
The delivery time depends on the respective product – you can find the exact information directly on the product page. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number. This allows you to check online at any time where your order is and when your package is expected to arrive.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made directly from the BellAffair warehouse to the delivery address provided by the customer.
If BellAffair is unable to deliver the ordered goods for reasons beyond its control – for example, if a supplier fails to fulfill their contractual obligations – BellAffair reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. In this case, the customer will of course be informed immediately.
If delivery is not possible because the customer cannot be reached at the specified delivery address despite the delivery time being announced in good time, the buyer shall bear the resulting costs.
Does BellAffair offer gift wrapping?
At the moment, unfortunately, we are not yet able to gift-wrap your order or send it directly as a gift. But don’t worry – we are working on offering this service to you in the future.
Is delivery to a Packstation possible?
Yes, you can also have your order conveniently delivered to a Packstation. Simply enter your Post number and the number of the desired Packstation in the delivery address – and your package will be sent there.
Where is my order?
As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to check online at any time where your package is and when it will arrive.
I have received an incomplete or incorrect delivery. What can I do?
No worries – we’ll take care of it! If your order has arrived incomplete or incorrect, please contact our customer service directly. Together we will quickly find a solution.
What should I do if my delivery address changes?
Simply log in with your account details and update your address in the “My Account” section. Please note that this change only applies to future orders – orders that have already been placed are not affected.
What happens if I’m not at home?
If you are generally difficult to reach at home, you can have your order delivered directly to an alternative delivery address – for example, to your workplace.
If your package cannot be delivered on the first attempt, the delivery service will try again, or your package will be deposited at the nearest post office. You will of course receive a notification about this.
I would like to return my order. What should I do?
You are not satisfied with your order and would like to return it? No problem – simply contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you and explain the next steps.
