The RefectoCil 3% Developer Liquid can be easily mixed with eyebrow and eyelash dye to create a creamy paste and then applied to eyebrows and eyelashes. It is a stabilised developer for eyebrow and eyelash dyes. It can be safely used around the eye area and, together with the chosen colour shade, ensures a brilliant dyeing result. The RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol.) has a easily mixable texture, making it simple to blend with RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash dyes into a homogeneous mixture. The RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol.) is an alternative to liquid oxidants for permanent eye makeup. Only the cream developer should be used for RefectoCil Blonde Brow. Application of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol.) 15 to 20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream are mixed with 2 cm of eyelash and eyebrow dye and applied. The processing time is 10 minutes for eyelashes and 5 to 10 minutes for brows. The results last up to 6 weeks. Good to know: How long does the developer last? The developer bottle is sufficient for up to 150 applications.
