The result is smudge-proof and water-resistant for up to six weeks. Application of RefectoCil 2 - Blue/Black Remove residues from the eye area using RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover and saline solution. Apply skin protection cream, eyelash pads, or silicone pads for protection. The RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol.) has a easily mixable texture, making it simple to blend with RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash dyes into a homogeneous mixture. The creamy consistency is easy to apply, fragrance-free, and guarantees a perfect colour result. With the narrow opening on the practical bottle cap, the cream can be precisely and sparingly dispensed. This also ensures that no dirt from the outside enters the bottle. The RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol.) is an alternative to liquid oxidants for permanent eye makeup. Only the cream developer should be used for RefectoCil Blonde Brow. Application of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol.) 15 to 20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream are mixed with 2 cm of eyelash and eyebrow dye and applied. The processing time is 10 minutes for eyelashes and 5 to 10 minutes for brows. The results last up to 6 weeks. Good to know: How long does the developer last? Application of RefectoCil Silicone Pads Place the shiny side directly on the skin at the lash line and gently press down. Apply eyelash tint and leave to develop. Remove directly on the Silicone Pads with a damp cotton pad.
