Application of RefectoCil 2 - Blue/Black
- Remove residues from the eye area using RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover and saline solution.
- Apply skin protection cream, eyelash pads, or silicone pads for protection.
- The dye must be mixed with RefectoCil 3% (10 vol.) developer liquid or RefectoCil 3% (10 vol.) cream developer prior to application.
- Apply to eyelashes and eyebrows.
- Leave for 10 minutes.
- Remove with clear water.
