The RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol.) has a easily mixable texture, making it simple to blend with RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash dyes into a homogeneous mixture. The creamy consistency is easy to apply, fragrance-free, and guarantees a perfect colour result. With the narrow opening on the practical bottle cap, the cream can be precisely and sparingly dispensed. This also ensures that no dirt from the outside enters the bottle. The RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol.) is an alternative to liquid oxidants for permanent eye makeup. Only the cream developer should be used for RefectoCil Blonde Brow. Application of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol.) 15 to 20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream are mixed with 2 cm of eyelash and eyebrow dye and applied. The processing time is 10 minutes for eyelashes and 5 to 10 minutes for brows. The results last up to 6 weeks. Good to know: How long does the developer last? The developer bottle is sufficient for up to 150 applications.
