Gaps and sparse areas in brows are hidden while stubborn hairs are tamed. For even fuller and more intense results, we recommend tinting your brows after the lamination treatment.  The RefectoCil Brow Lamination Kit includes:  2x lash & brow perm 3.5ml 2x neutralizer 3.5ml 2 spoolies/brushes 2 application dishes 10 eye care pads How to use RefectoCil Brow Lamination Kit Cleanse the eyebrows with an oil-free make-up remover and wait until they are completely dry.  Brush the eyebrows with a spoolie and comb them into the desired shape.  Apply brow perm, starting at the beginning of the brows and following the direction in which the eyebrows were brushed. Leave on for 6 minutes. Remove the brow perm using a dry cotton pad or cotton bud.  Apply neutralizer, starting at the beginning of the brows and following the direction in which the eyebrows were brushed. Leave on for 4 minutes.  Use a damp cotton pad to remove neutralizer. Finally, dye your eyebrows with RefectoCil Brow and Lash Tint. After a brow lamination treatment, the processing time of the tint is just 3 minutes.  Please note: Store in a dark, cool and dry place.
