By using the RefectoCil Saline Solution, the eyelashes are degreased and optimally prepared for eyelash styling or colouring. The eye area is cleaned before applying Eyelash Curl and RefectoCil colours, removing any residual surfactants. This step can also be skipped.  Apply Brow Perm: Apply Brow Perm to the entire brow, starting at the beginning of the brow and following the direction in which the eyebrow was brushed. Leave on for 6 minutes. Use a dry cotton bud to clean up product residue around your brows.  Remove Brow Perm: Using a dry cotton pad, remove the Brow Perm. Follow the direction in which the eyebrows were brushed. Individual brow hairs can be corrected if necessary.  Apply Fixation: Apply Fixation to the entire brow, starting at the beginning of the brow and following the direction in which the eyebrow was brushed. Avoid the skin around the eyebrows and clean up product residue with a dry cotton swab. Leave on for 4 minutes.  Remove Fixation: To remove Fixation, use a damp cotton pad. Afterwards, thoroughly cleanse the eyebrow area to remove any residue.
