RefectoCil Intense Browns Professional Kit

The Refectocil Browista Toolkit consists of two brushes, each with a rubber spoolie on one end and a dye brush on the other, as well as two rose gold dye bowls for mixing and a practical pouch for storage. The rubber spoolie is for combing through before, during, and after the colouring process. The dye brushes vary in thickness. The wider brush is for the initial application of colour on eyelashes and eyebrows. The narrow, slanted brush is for detail work.

Leave on for 6 minutes. Remove the brow perm using a dry cotton pad or cotton bud.  Apply neutralizer, starting at the beginning of the brows and following the direction in which the eyebrows were brushed. Leave on for 4 minutes.  Use a damp cotton pad to remove neutralizer. Finally, dye your eyebrows with RefectoCil Brow and Lash Tint. After a brow lamination treatment, the processing time of the tint is just 3 minutes.  Please note: Store in a dark, cool and dry place.
