Application of Refectocil Eyelash Perm Refill Perm/Neutralizer Clean eyelashes with RefectoCil saline solution Shape eyelash rollers and fix at the upper lash line Press eyelashes from the upper eyelid onto the eyelash roller with sticks Note: The eyelashes should not cross. Then use the Eyelash Perm Glue. The Refectocil Browista Toolkit consists of two brushes, each with a rubber spoolie on one end and a dye brush on the other, as well as two rose gold dye bowls for mixing and a practical pouch for storage. The rubber spoolie is for combing through before, during, and after the colouring process.
