The result is smudge-proof and water-resistant for up to six weeks. Application of RefectoCil 2 - Blue/Black Remove residues from the eye area using RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover and saline solution. Apply skin protection cream, eyelash pads, or silicone pads for protection. The dye must be mixed with RefectoCil 3% (10 vol.) developer liquid or RefectoCil 3% (10 vol.) cream developer prior to application. Apply to eyelashes and eyebrows. Leave for 10 minutes.
