RefectoCil 2 - Blue/Black eyelash and eyebrow dye imparts a black tone with a blue shimmer and additional depth of colour. The dye is mixable with all seven RefectoCil colours. The result is smudge-proof and water-resistant for up to six weeks. Application of RefectoCil 2 - Blue/Black Remove residues from the eye area using RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover and saline solution. Apply skin protection cream, eyelash pads, or silicone pads for protection.
