Lifting: Apply Brow & Lash Perm and leave on for 6 minutes. Neutralizing: Apply Neutralizer and remove after 4 minutes. Optional: Tint the lashes directly on the pads for a more intense look (leave on for 2 minutes). Finish: Remove color and pads with a damp cotton pad.
