Gaps and sparse areas in brows are hidden while stubborn hairs are tamed. Leave on for 6 minutes. Remove the brow perm using a dry cotton pad or cotton bud.  Apply neutralizer, starting at the beginning of the brows and following the direction in which the eyebrows were brushed. Leave on for 4 minutes.  Use a damp cotton pad to remove neutralizer. Finally, dye your eyebrows with RefectoCil Brow and Lash Tint. After a brow lamination treatment, the processing time of the tint is just 3 minutes.  Please note: Store in a dark, cool and dry place.

Application: Sebastian Hydre Treatment is applied to washed, damp hair. Work a small amount into the lengths and ends. Rinse thoroughly after a processing time of 3-5 minutes.
