Application of Refectocil Eyelash Perm Refill Perm/Neutralizer Clean eyelashes with RefectoCil saline solution Shape eyelash rollers and fix at the upper lash line Press eyelashes from the upper eyelid onto the eyelash roller with sticks Note: The eyelashes should not cross. Define arch: Draw a line from the nostril wing over the outer edge of the iris. End of eyebrows: Guide from the nostril wing over the outer corner of the eye. Other brow: Repeat steps 3–5. Baseline lines: Draw a horizontal line along the lowest front point (bottom) and over the highest front points (top). Connect arches: Connect the highest points of both eyebrows with a straight line. Define progression: From the outer end of the brow over the arch to the middle line – repeat on both sides. Diagonal lines: From the arch of one brow to the lowest front point of the other – both lines should intersect at the middle line. Finish: Connect the lower outer points of both eyebrows. The kit contains all necessary products for the RefectoCil Brow Intensifying Service. Three techniques enable tailored results: Ombre Shading, Full Brow, and Brow Filling. Contents: Intensifying Primer Medium (15 ml) Base Gel Ash Brown (15 ml) Activator Gel (15 ml) Tint Remover (50 ml) 2 brushes 2 application bowls Application steps: Apply primer, leave for 4 minutes, then remove and dry. The Refectocil Browista Toolkit consists of two brushes, each with a rubber spoolie on one end and a dye brush on the other, as well as two rose gold dye bowls for mixing and a practical pouch for storage. The rubber spoolie is for combing through before, during, and after the colouring process. The dye brushes vary in thickness. The wider brush is for the initial application of colour on eyelashes and eyebrows. The narrow, slanted brush is for detail work.

The ready-to-use, vegan formula with Bond Builder technology strengthens the hair during neutralisation – without mineral oil. Application: Preparation & wrapping: Wash hair, apply perm preparation, and wind onto rollers. Apply lotion: Apply the suitable perm lotion 3× per roller and leave to develop. Rinse: Rinse lotion for 3 minutes. Neutralise with Perm Neutralizer Pour 100 ml of neutralizer into a bowl. Apply with a sponge, leave for 5 minutes. Remove rollers, apply remaining product, leave for another 5 minutes. Thoroughly rinse, finish with Wella Service aftercare.

Important notes: Use Activator Gel only with RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s colours Apply products sequentially without mixing them Thoroughly remove the Base Gel before applying the Activator Gel. Initially, the hair appears very dark, but the final result only becomes visible after colouring.
