The formula is vegan, free from mineral oil, and ensures a particularly hair-friendly reshaping process. Application in 5 steps: Preparation: Wash hair with shampoo, then use a perm pre-treatment. Wrapping: Roll hair onto perm rollers. Apply lotion: Apply 3 times to each roller and leave to develop. Rinse: Rinse the lotion thoroughly for 3 minutes. Neutralise: Pour 100 ml of Perm Neutralizer into a bowl. Using a sponge, apply the amount to the rollers. Leave to develop for 5 minutes. Remove rollers, apply the remaining lotion, and leave for another 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Finish with the Wella Service Perm Aftercare.
