RefectoCil 3.1 - Light Brown is an eyelash and eyebrow dye. The colour is very suitable for subtle accentuation of dark blonde to light brown eyebrows and eyelashes. It can be mixed with all seven RefectoCil colours. Mixing with Natural Brown is particularly recommended. RefectoCil 3.1 - Light Brown is smudge- and water-resistant and lasts up to six weeks. The eyelash and eyebrow tint RefectoCil No.3 - Natural Brown is ideal for brunettes. The colour is strong and very opaque, creating natural results that last up to 6 weeks. It is perfect for dark and intense brows and lashes. The RefectoCil brow and lash tint makes lashes look longer and brows appear fuller and more defined.  RefectoCil No.3 - Natural Brown can be mixed with all the other RefectoCil tints. To achieve individual shades of brown, mix with Light Brown No. 3.1. The tint is water and smudge-proof.  How to use RefectoCil No.3 - Natural Brown Preparation: Cleanse the eye area with micellar eye make-up remover and saline solution.
