Wella Fusion Emulsion Application Apply to towel-dried, washed hair. Shake, hold the nozzle vertically downwards, and squeeze from the side. Apply from roots to ends and leave in for 3 minutes. Emulsify and rinse thoroughly. Tip: Can also be used together with the Fusion mask: first apply the emulsion, let it absorb, then apply the mask to lengths and ends. Rinse thoroughly.
