RefectoCil Intense Browns Base Gel provides natural definition for brows in 4 brown shades. The colors are perfectly matched to light and dark skin and hair types. The gel is the first step to full, defined eyebrows and intensely highlighted lashes.

Application:
Lash tinting:
To protect the skin: apply RefectoCil Silicone Pads or lash pads with Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask.

Eyebrow tinting (FOR BROWS ONLY!):

• Optional: Apply RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer (Strong or Medium). Leave on for 4 minutes, then remove with a dry cotton swab. Drying time before the next step: 4 minutes.
• Apply Base Gel on brows. Leave on for 2 minutes, then remove with a dry cotton swab. Drying time before the next step: 4 minutes.
• Apply Activator Gel, leave on for 1 minute, then remove with a damp cotton pad – done!

Important notes:

• Use the product only with RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s colors.
• Do not mix Primer, Base Gel & Activator Gel — apply step by step.
• Make sure the Base Gel is completely removed before applying Activator Gel. Residues may affect the color result.
