Application:

• Use only as an additional step in eyebrow tinting. Do not mix Primer and Base Gel.
• Apply Primer (Strong or Medium) to the brow area.
• Let it sit for 4 minutes, then remove with a dry cotton swab.
• Allow the area to dry for another 4 minutes before proceeding.
• Apply Intense Base Gel, leave for 2 minutes, and remove with a dry cotton swab.
• Apply Activator Gel, leave for 1 minute, and remove with a damp cotton pad.
