Comair Perm Rods are available in various colours and 9 sizes, with 12 pieces per pack. As the name suggests, they are used for perming. Perm rods are also known as Cold Perm Rods. The perm rods are made of durable plastic. They feature fine grip teeth to prevent slipping. Each rod is finished with one of the included rubber bands at the end.
