Nano Face Mask

How do Nano Face Masks work?

This face mask with nano membranes for increased filtration efficiency provides a higher level of protection than required according to European FFP2 standards. It is incredibly breathable and allows moisture to escape, which prevents glass fogging and makes the mask comfortable to wear over long periods of time. 

Due to the higher filtration rate than the FFP2 standard, the level of protection is higher. Therefore, germs, viruses, bacteria, and aerosols are effectively trapped and cannot penetrate the mask.

The Nano Face Mask has a low ventilation resistance, which makes it easier to breathe under the mask and prevents the feeling of suffocation.

The mask consists of a high content of cotton fabric. On the inside, the nano membrane has a spider web-like micro pore structure. The pore diameter is so small that it is almost impossible for even the smallest foreign particles to penetrate the filter. The filtration is purely physical and therefore particularly effective. This is why the mask can be washed and re-worn many times. 

FFP2-certified Nano Face Mask: Washable and reusable 

The FFP2 nano mask can be washed by hand and reused up to 30 times. Even after multiple washes, the filtration efficiency of the nano membrane remains intact. The mask dries very quickly and is therefore ready-to-use again after a very short time. The mask can also be disinfected.

How to care for your FFP2-equivalent Nano Face Mask 

• The mask can be washed by hand (not in the washing machine) at a maximum temperature of 60°C
• If necessary, a few drops of a mild detergent or liquid soap can be used. 
• Avoid rubbing or scrubbing the mask.
• Allow to air-dry.
