The Cover Hair Curl Formers allow you to create long-lasting beautiful curls without heat damage.  How to use Cover Hair Curl Formers First, wash your hair. Alternatively, you can spray each section of hair with setting lotion or leave-in styling spray before using the Curl Formers.  Assemble the hook and insert it into a Curl Former. Hold your hair close to the scalp and gently pull the Curl Former off.
