Application of Goldwell Colorance Cover Plus 60 ml Goldwell System Developer Lotion with 3% is always required for Goldwell Colorance Cover Plus. The tint is applied to dry hair. Developer lotion is mixed with Goldwell Colorance Cover Plus in a 2:1 ratio. NN shades and @Elumenated Naturals can process for up to 30 minutes. Lowlights work for up to 45 minutes.
