RefectoCil 2 - Blue/Black eyelash and eyebrow dye imparts a black tone with a blue shimmer and additional depth of colour. The dye is mixable with all seven RefectoCil colours. The result is smudge-proof and water-resistant for up to six weeks. Application of RefectoCil 2 - Blue/Black Remove residues from the eye area using RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover and saline solution. Apply skin protection cream, eyelash pads, or silicone pads for protection. The dye must be mixed with RefectoCil 3% (10 vol.) developer liquid or RefectoCil 3% (10 vol.) cream developer prior to application. Apply to eyelashes and eyebrows. Leave for 10 minutes. Remove with clear water. It is perfect for dark and intense brows and lashes. The RefectoCil brow and lash tint makes lashes look longer and brows appear fuller and more defined.  RefectoCil No.3 - Natural Brown can be mixed with all the other RefectoCil tints. To achieve individual shades of brown, mix with Light Brown No. 3.1. The tint is water and smudge-proof.  How to use RefectoCil No.3 - Natural Brown Preparation: Cleanse the eye area with micellar eye make-up remover and saline solution.
