Hand massage with Aveda Stress Fix Body Lotion The Stress-fix Body Lotion can be used for a pleasant hand massage. Simply apply to the hands and hold under the nose, taking a deep breath. In a natural arm position, rotate the wrists several times in both directions. Using the thumb of the left hand, massage the palm of the right hand with firm, circular movements. Repeat the process for the left palm. Turn the hands over and massage the back of the right hand with the thumb of the left hand, stroking from the ankle to the wrist. Finally, massage each finger with a pressing and releasing motion. Repeat the process for the other hand.
