Aveda Stress-fix™ Body Lotion is a moisturising body lotion with an aroma that has been scientifically proven to reduce feelings of stress. The body lotion contains certified lavender from controlled organic cultivation, as well as lavandin and Muscatel sage. The formula has been developed based on the science of aromatherapy and the power of pure essential oils. The body lotion softens the skin and provides hydration. In a natural arm position, rotate the wrists several times in both directions. Using the thumb of the left hand, massage the palm of the right hand with firm, circular movements. Repeat the process for the left palm. Turn the hands over and massage the back of the right hand with the thumb of the left hand, stroking from the ankle to the wrist. Finally, massage each finger with a pressing and releasing motion. Repeat the process for the other hand.
