Mix equal parts (1:1 ratio) of the tint and the liquid developer and stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy before applying to brows and lashes.

This enhances contact between the lotion and the hair and improves the effect through the warming thermo-effect. The foil is tear-resistant and elastic, ensuring perfect lifting results.
