The andmetics professional Liquid Tint Developer (3%/10 Vol.) is designed to be used in combination with the andmetics professional brow & lash tints. It is suitable for all skin types and particularly gentle on the sensitive eye area. Mix equal parts (1:1 ratio) of the tint and the liquid developer and stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy before applying to brows and lashes.
