Wella Fusion Emulsion: Intensive Repair, Smoothness & Protection The comprehensive formula of the mousse includes silk amino acids for hair repair as well as the Metal Purifier technology. Therefore, the emulsion can also be used as a follow-up treatment after lightening or perming. It helps to stop oxidation and neutralises the pH level. Wella Fusion Emulsion Application Apply to towel-dried, washed hair. Shake, hold the nozzle vertically downwards, and squeeze from the side. Apply from roots to ends and leave in for 3 minutes. Emulsify and rinse thoroughly. Tip: Can also be used together with the Fusion mask: first apply the emulsion, let it absorb, then apply the mask to lengths and ends. Rinse thoroughly.
