Rinsing: Rinse lotion thoroughly for 3 minutes. Neutralising: Pour 100 ml of neutraliser into a bowl. ? Apply with a sponge, leave to develop for 5 minutes. Remove rollers, apply remaining product, leave to develop for another 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and complete with Wella Service after-treatment.
