The andmetics professional Liquid Tint Developer (3%/10 Vol.) is designed to be used in combination with the andmetics professional brow & lash tints. It is suitable for all skin types and particularly gentle on the sensitive eye area. Mix equal parts (1:1 ratio) of the tint and the liquid developer and stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy before applying to brows and lashes. 

The RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Essentials Kit includes everything you need for the Brow Service. It creates fuller-looking brows and defined lashes. The color range features four shades: Ash Brown, Chocolate Brown, Deep Brown, and Black Brown. Three techniques – Ombre Shading, Full Brow, and Brow Filling – allow for personalized results.
