The BlondMe Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+ by Schwarzkopf is a high performance powder lightener for maximum lift of up to 9 levels. It is suitable for all techniques and can be used with the BlondMe Premium developers at 2%, 6% and 9% *.

The Premium Lightener with Bond Enforcing technology minimizes hair breakage during development because the hair fibre is perfectly protected. Thus hair is left in optimal quality. The premium lightener by Schwarzkopf not only protects the fiber, but helps build new bondings within the hair.
