The RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol.) has a smooth, easy-to-mix texture, making it simple to blend into a homogeneous paste with RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tints. The creamy consistency is easy to apply, odorless, and ensures perfect color results.
Thanks to the narrow nozzle on the practical bottle cap, the cream can be dispensed precisely and economically, helping to avoid product waste and prevent contamination from outside.
The RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol.) is a creamy alternative to the liquid developer, especially suitable for permanent eye make-up. Only the cream developer should be used with RefectoCil Blonde Brow.
How to use RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol.)
Mix 15 to 20 drops of the RefectoCil Oxidant Cream with 2 cm of eyelash or eyebrow tint and apply to the desired area.
Processing time:
- 10 minutes for eyelashes
- 5 to 10 minutes for eyebrows
- The result lasts up to 6 weeks.
How long does one bottle last?
The developer bottle is enough for up to 150 applications.
