Application of L’Oréal Inoa Oxydant with Inoa Hair Color

The mixing ratio with the color cream is 1:1. The oxidant is selected according to the desired result:

3%: For darkening or coloring on the same level, and for balancing color on lengths and ends
6%: For grey coverage and up to 2 levels of lightening
9%: For up to 3 levels of lightening

Mix until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.
