Before applying Juliana Nails Gel Polish Blue Tones, you have to prep your nails: push back cuticles, then file and buff the nails. Apply primer and allow to air-dry. Then apply one coat of base coat and cure in a UV/LED lamp. Follow with blue gel nail polish and cure again. Finally, add top coat and cure for 60 to 120 seconds.
